Attorney Ana Nobleza Siscar is a solo practitioner who exclusively practices U.S immigration and naturalization law. Her immigration practice in the U.S spans more than a decade, and in prior years, she worked with the UNHCR and engaged in different areas of law practice in the Philippines. She is dedicated to rendering high-caliber service and utmost care to each of her clients.
Her current practice includes U.S. Citizenship and Naturalization cases, family petitions, employment-based petitions for all professionals including professors, outstanding or extraordinary talents, artists, athletes, O’s, P’s, H’s, L’s, and J’s. She handles both self-petitions such as EB-1(a) and National Interest Waivers, as well as employers’ petitions such as EB-1(b) and PERM. She also handles DACA-related applications, student visas, humanitarian visas, investors’ visas, 601/601A waivers, and 212 applications. She is currently an Elected Board of Governor of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Prior to her election on this AILA national position, she served as Chair of the Connecticut Chapter of AILA from May 2021 to November 2023. She also currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Social Impact at Fairfeld University.
She came to the United States from the Philippines as a Fulbright Scholar in 2001. She earned a Master’s in International Trade Law from the University of Arizona and a J.D. from the University of the Philippines. Ana is duly licensed and admitted to practice law in New York and the Philippines, and has teaching experience in the United States and in the Philippines.
